Dear customers, we would like to inform you that our store is now solely used to pick up orders. It will no longer be possible to buy directly from the shop. In this way, we strive to ensure the utmost safety and convenience for all our customers. If you order goods from us online, you can pick them up comfortably in our shop at a pre-arranged time. We wish you a pleasant purchase and look forward to your visit!
Select items on the e-shop before your visit and we will be happy to prepare your order in the shortest time possible.

Our main reason for changing the operation of the store was to realize that despite the huge range of products we offer, we were only able to introduce a fraction of our products to our customers. In doing so, we not only lost opportunities, but also denied customers the opportunity to discover accurate, high-quality products that could meet their needs.
If you bring us a list of items already written, preferably with product codes, we'll look for the goods in storage and get them ready for you on the counter.
You can count on your list of goods to take time to prepare, and that will be prioritised according to how many orders from the e-shop are being handled.
Consolidation and additional adjustment of orders
Every single order sent to our system is handed over to our colleagues shortly after receipt, who are fully dedicated to completing it as quickly as possible and then dispatching it. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we do not combine orders and they cannot be modified, so always consider each order carefully!
Problems paying for your order
If there is a complication when paying for your order, for example due to an internet outage, please do not order again and contact us immediately by phone or email.
We will solve the problem right away. For example, the order could be duplicated for us.
Did you not receive your order confirmation by email?
If you have not received an email confirmation from your order, please contact our support as soon as possible. Of course, we will solve the problem right away.
It is not possible to pay cash on delivery by card at the post office
Due to the high fees, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery by card at the post office - if you choose a branch where you can only pay by card, the shipment will be sent to another location near your collection point.
Fulfillment of orders
We ship orders within 1-10 days depending on the number of orders.
When that you are in a hurry to place your order for any reason, please include this information in the notes.
We handle all emails (requests, information, questions) within 7 days.

Claim for damages
Before sending the order, you agree that, in the event of non-acceptance of the ordered shipment, you undertake to pay us all the costs associated with it, i.e. the costs of packaging, sending and returning the unclaimed undamaged shipment (including any contractual fine), for the reason of breach of the purchase contract according to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, related to the claim for compensation for caused damage.
