If there is a complication when paying for your order, for example due to an internet outage, please do not order again and contact us immediately by phone or email.
We will solve the problem right away. For example, the order could be duplicated for us.
Did you not receive your order confirmation by email?
If you have not received an email confirmation from your order, please contact our support as soon as possible. Of course, we will solve the problem right away.
It is not possible to pay cash on delivery by card at the post office
Due to the high fees, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery by card at the post office - if you choose a branch where you can only pay by card, the shipment will be sent to another location near your collection point.
You will not find all our goods in the store
Due to our large number of products, we cannot display all the goods in our store, so for those who live nearby or are passing by and are going to visit us, we recommend that you make a personal collection of the order. In the event of a larger order, please contact us and arrange for the order to be collected on the date of your choice. We need a short time to prepare all your ordered products.
Fulfillment of orders
We ship orders within 1-10 days depending on the number of orders.
When that you are in a hurry to place your order for any reason, please include this information in the notes.
We handle all emails (requests, information, questions) within 7 days.
