Each order is forwarded for processing and dispatch shortly after being placed. For technical reasons, orders cannot be merged and no additional modifications are possible once submitted.
If a payment issue occurs (for example due to an internet outage), please do not place a new order and contact us immediately. We will resolve the situation promptly.
If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please contact our support team. We will resolve the issue immediately.
Due to high fees, card payment for cash on delivery is not available. If you select a pickup point that accepts card payments only, the shipment will be redirected to a nearby available pickup location.
Due to the wide range of products, not all items are physically displayed at the store. We recommend placing an order with personal pickup in advance.
Orders are dispatched within 1–10 business days depending on the current workload.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed during checkout (shopping cart – bottom left).
By submitting an order, you agree to cover all costs related to an uncollected shipment in accordance with applicable law.
