The Gepard is a German self-propelled antiaircraft gun on the chassis of the Leopard 1 tank, taken into the armament of the Bundeswehr in the seventies. A pair of 35 mm cannons together with a search and a tracking radar let it destroy low-flying aircraft and helicopters. The vehicle serves with a number of armies to this day.
Finish the running gear and the interior of the hull before you close it up. The turret with the radars makes up a striking dominant, so take care over clean bonding of the clear and fine parts. Lay on a primer before painting, spray the camouflage with an airbrush (typically the German three-color NATO scheme) and round the patina off with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
