The set is an injection-molded plastic kit of a model of the Peugeot 905 EV 1 racing sports prototype in the large 1:24 scale. It offers room for a detailed rendering of the low aerodynamic body, the cockpit and the sponsor markings. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Peugeot 905 was a Group C sports prototype campaigned at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s in the world sportscar championship and at Le Mans, where it celebrated an overall victory. It was powered by a naturally aspirated V engine and the car became famous for its striking aerodynamics and its colorful racing finish. The EV 1 version represents an early evolution of the car.
Glue the parts with a liquid cement for plastic, sand the parting joints of the body and fill them. Spray the body with an airbrush and lay a gloss clear coat over the color for depth and under the decals. Glue the glazing and the headlights with a glue for clear parts. Apply the sponsor markings onto a dry gloss coat and fix them with a matte or semi-gloss varnish according to the real subject.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
