An injection-molded plastic kit of the elegant British Jaguar XJS in the popular collector scale of 1:43 from the French manufacturer Heller. The model faithfully captures the long nose and the characteristic tail of the coupe and is supplied unassembled and unpainted, including a decal sheet.
The Jaguar XJS was a luxury grand tourer built by the British carmaker Jaguar from the middle of the 1970s into the 1990s. The car became known for the smooth power of its twelve-cylinder engine, for its comfort and for its unmistakable design, and it became one of the most commercially successful sporting Jaguars.
Glue the parts with thin plastic cement and sand and fill the body joints carefully. For a faithful look, a gloss automotive finish applied with an airbrush and then polished works well. Fine-tune the chrome details and the glazing with masking, and lay the decals on a dry gloss coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
