The set reproduces German military maps of the Eastern Front from the period of the Second World War, printed on quality paper in 1:35 scale. It is not a model but a paper accessory that gives a scene a staff and command atmosphere. The cartographic detail is printed so that it reads legibly and believably in this scale.
You spread the maps out on a staff table, lean them against the wall of a bunker or put them into an officer's hands. They complete command posts, vehicle interiors and scenes of planning operations perfectly.
The paper can be dampened slightly and shaped into a natural ripple, as if it had been used often. Suggest the folds with a blunt edge and fix the map with a thin glue. A light sepia cast gives an impression of age.
The accessory is supplied as printed paper sheets to be cut out. Glue, paints and a model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
