A set of self-adhesive, exactly cut painting masks from the SX-Art brand in 1:35 scale, meant for the Soviet self-propelled howitzer 2S1 Gvozdika. The masks make a sharp application of the markings, or of the camouflage pattern, possible without lengthy taping up by hand.
The 2S1 Gvozdika is a Soviet tracked self-propelled howitzer of 122 mm caliber introduced at the end of the 1960s. It is marked by a buoyant amphibious armored hull and a rotating turret with the gun; it served in the armies of a number of Warsaw Pact countries and is widespread to this day.
Stick the masks onto a dry base coat, press them down carefully around the perimeter and spray thin coats of paint, so that it does not seep under the edge. The cleanest edges you will get with an airbrush; once dry, take the masks off carefully.
These are painting masks, not a model. Paints and a kit are not included in the package.
