This item is not an aircraft kit but a separate resin accessory from the Quickboost brand. It brings a pilot's seat with the seat belts rendered directly in the casting. That solves two things at once: you get a thinner seat shell than an injection mold can manage, and the work with photo-etched or paper belts disappears, which are hard to glue into the narrow space of a cabin and easily get creased in the process. For modelers who do not want to spend an evening bending photo-etch with tweezers, it is the fastest route to a usable interior.
The Fokker G.I was a Dutch twin-engine combat aircraft of the late 1930s with a characteristic layout: a short nacelle for the crew and tail surfaces carried on two booms running back from the engines. The cabin was fairly cramped and the fitting of the seat was among the details that are only partly visible once the glazing is in place, which makes it all the more important that what is visible looks convincing. The manufacturer's product designation uses the form G-1, while the type is normally given as G.I.
Work from the back forwards. First dry fit the seat into the cabin and check that it goes under the frame of the glazing, because resin replacements tend to be noticeably thinner, so sometimes there is space to spare, which is worth using for a position of the seat closer to the instrument panel. Wash the casting free of mold release, spray it with primer and paint the shell and the belts separately; accentuate the belts at the end with a light wash so that they stand out from the surface. Glue with super glue, ideally the gel kind, which gives you a few seconds to fine-tune the position. Finish the painting before you close the cabin up with the glazing.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package. It is not a standalone model, because it requires a corresponding kit in 1:48 scale.
