About product

Revell Aqua Color 94 Gold

A gold metallic paint from the water-thinnable acrylic Aqua Color line in an 18 ml pot. It contains fine metal pigments, which give the surface a metallic sheen. The acrylic has a mild odor, contains practically no organic solvents and is not flammable.

Use

  • Mix the paint thoroughly before use and during work; the metal pigment tends to settle at the bottom.
  • Metallic paints look best on a smooth, even base, so smooth the surface beforehand.
  • It is thinned with water; for an airbrush add roughly 20 to 25 percent thinner.
  • A metallic surface is harder to paint over and to mask, so apply it rather as one of the last coats.
  • It is applied with a brush and with an airbrush; the tools are washed with water as long as the paint has not dried.

Who it is for

For modelers who need gold metal areas, accessories and details without using solvent-based paints.

Keep out of the reach of children, ventilate when airbrushing and protect yourself from inhaling atomized paint.
