This plastic kit in 1:25 scale captures the rugged off-road Chevrolet K5 Blazer of 1985 as viewers of the series Stranger Things know it. It is a completely new tooling; the parts are molded in white, clear and chrome-plated form and the package contains decals matching the vehicle from the series. The model is glued and painted.
The second-generation Chevrolet K5 Blazer is one of the iconic American angular squarebody off-road vehicles. In the mid-1980s version it is powered by a V8 engine of roughly 5.7 liters. In the story it serves as the service vehicle of the police chief and appears across several seasons. The model takes over its pronounced angular design, the roof light bar with beacons and other characteristic features.
Use liquid cement for plastic and bond the chrome-plated parts carefully with super glue, so that the surface is not damaged. Spraying the body with an airbrush over a base primer is the way to go; a gloss coat under the decals will make applying them easier and unify the surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
