Merkava Mk.3 - damaged front and rear fenders with rear storage boxes in the open position, 1:35 is a 3D-printed resin detail set with realistically deformed fenders for a battle-worn model. Intended for the Meng kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This 3D-printed resin detail set contains the front and rear fenders of the Merkava Mk.3 tank with realistic damage and the rear storage boxes in the open position. The bent sheet, torn edges and missing parts are designed to read believably while still being easy to seat. It is not a model but an accessory for 1:35 scale.
The Meng kit serves as the basis; it is bought separately.
The Merkava, Hebrew for chariot, is an Israeli main battle tank with a front engine that protects the crew. The fenders are among the items that suffer most often in combat service; their damage gives a model a story. The Mk.3 version received a new turret, a more powerful powerplant and modular armor.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut away the print supports and sand the cuts with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. The damaged edges and open boxes stand out once washes and pigments have been applied; metal scuffs can be suggested with a dry brush.
This is an add-on detail set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
