Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Dutch twin-engine Fokker G-1A heavy fighter in 1:48 scale from Mikromir. This version of the kit is enriched with 3D-printed engines, which raise the detail of the powerplants. The package also holds painting masks for the glazing and the national insignia. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Fokker G-1 was a Dutch twin-engine multirole aircraft with a characteristic twin-boom tail and heavy nose armament. In the opening stage of the Second World War the Netherlands committed only a limited number of them, and yet the machine drew attention as a modern and impressively armed hunter. Because of its short service it is a rare and valued subject today.
Before building, separate the 3D-printed engines carefully from the supports and wash off any residue; glue them with super glue. Mask the glazing with the enclosed masks. For a faithful look we recommend a primer base, the camouflage shades with an airbrush and fine emphasis of the panel lines. It is a kit better suited to more experienced modelers.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
