An injection-molded plastic kit of the twin-engined Henschel Hs 129 B-2 ground-attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. The set contains a finely rendered interior of the pilot's compartment, clear parts for the canopy and details of the engine nacelles. The model offers several marking options, so you can build a machine to your own taste.
The Hs 129 was a specialized single-seat ground-attack aircraft with a heavily armored cockpit, developed for destroying ground targets and for anti-tank combat. It went into action from 1942, above all on the Eastern Front, where it proved itself a stable weapons platform against armor. The B-2 version carried powerful gun armament and ranks among the characteristic representatives of Luftwaffe air support.
Glue the parts with liquid modeling cement for plastic, sand the joints and apply a primer before painting. Paint the cockpit and the interior before closing the fuselage. For soft camouflage transitions an airbrush is ideal; the German upper surface shades and a light undersurface color are typical. The landing gear can be modeled extended, following the instructions.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
