A resin detail set for experienced modelers from CMK in 1:48 scale. This is not an airplane model, but a precise resin part of the supercharger air intake that refines and completes the plastic kit of the Italian Reggiane Re 2005 Sagittario fighter.
The Reggiane Re.2005 Sagittario was an Italian single-seat fighter from the end of the Second World War powered by a liquid-cooled engine derived from the Daimler-Benz DB 605. Its characteristic supercharger air intake was one of its recognition features.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut off the casting block and attach it with cyanoacrylate glue. Sand with respiratory protection. Before painting, blend the transitions with filler and primer; darken the inside of the intake for an impression of depth.
Supplied as a resin part, unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
