Heinkel He 111B is an injection-molded plastic kit of the early German twin-engine bomber in 1:72 scale from Roden.
Responsibility details are not available.
The kit captures the early bomber version B of the well known German twin-engine aircraft Heinkel He 111, with the classic stepped glazing of the nose. It is an injection-molded plastic model in 1:72 scale from Roden. The box contains a clear glazing part and a decal sheet with period markings.
The Heinkel He 111 was among the most widespread German bombers of its time. The B version was one of the first production combat variants and saw action as early as the Spanish Civil War, where it earned the nickname Pedro. Its characteristic feature was the elliptical wing leading edge, which was later replaced by a straighter one on the later versions.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and fit the clear nose glazing with a canopy cement so that it does not fog. A base coat is recommended before painting; an airbrush and light shading of the panels suit the period German camouflage. It is best to mask the extensive nose glazing carefully before painting.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
