360 Fern green

Revell Email Color 360 Fern Green — Synthetic Enamel Paint, 14 ml

Shade 360 is a fern green with a slight yellow tint, matching standard RAL 6025. It belongs to the Revell Email Color range, a solvent-based synthetic enamel — not an acrylic. The paint does not attack the plastic surface, so it also suits delicate parts, and it forms a durable film once dry. The bottle contains 14 ml, with a satin gloss level.

Use

Working and thinning

It is applied with a brush or an airbrush; for spraying, thin it with Revell Color Mix or mineral spirits, which also cleans your tools. Mix the paint well down to the bottom before use. On large areas, choose two thin coats instead of one heavy one — the layer then stays smooth and does not fill in engraved lines. The satin surface takes washes and dry-brushing well, so it is easy to bring out the texture of vegetation or the wear of a vehicle. It can be varnished over after a few hours; full curing takes about a day.
