This product is a modeling paint, not a kit. Revell Email Color is a synthetic enamel paint on a solvent base (it is not an acrylic) and the bottle holds 14 ml. Shade number 46 NATO Olive is matte and the manufacturer declares it as RAL 7013. It is a subdued green shifted toward brown, the basic green component of the camouflage of modern NATO vehicles.
The three-color NATO camouflage took hold from the 1980s and is built on the trio of green, red-brown and black, designed for the wooded environment of central Europe. The green component covers the largest part of a vehicle's surface and that is what this shade stands for. You will see it on tanks, armored vehicles, wheeled vehicles, trailers and helicopters of the last few decades.
It is thinned with Revell Color Mix or with mineral spirits, never with water. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. The matte surface is the final look of the vehicle, but under decals spray a gloss coat: decals silver on matte. Once the decals have dried, bring the matte overcoat back.
For modelers of modern military vehicles who build NATO machines and want a shade backed by a declared RAL code. Suitable for brush and airbrush.
Safety: a flammable liquid, the vapors irritate the airways. Work in a well-ventilated area and use respiratory protection when spraying. Keep out of the reach of children and away from sources of ignition.
