This product is a modeling paint, not a kit. Revell Email Color is a synthetic enamel paint on a solvent base (not an acrylic), and the bottle holds 14 ml. Shade number 48 Sea Green has a matte surface and the manufacturer declares it as RAL 6028. It is a saturated, darker and calm green with a cool tone, without the yellow shift typical of olives.
It is thinned with Revell Color Mix or mineral spirits, never with water. Stir the paint well before applying. It is applied by brush and by airbrush, holds once dry and takes further coats. Before decals, spray the area with a gloss clear coat – on a matte surface air is trapped under a decal and the edges silver. The matte overcoat comes right at the end.
For modelers of ships and naval subjects, but also for anyone looking for a darker matte green for camouflage areas or civil models. Suitable for brush and airbrush, for beginners and the advanced alike.
Safety: a flammable liquid, and the vapors irritate the airways. Work in a well-ventilated area and use respiratory protection when spraying. Keep out of the reach of children and away from sources of ignition.
