Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale represents the French Hotchkiss 39(H) light tank armed with the longer 37 mm SA 38 gun. The package contains sprues of gray plastic, the lower hull, the turret with the long barrel, the running gear and the tracks. Decals and assembly instructions with schemes for French and later captured service are enclosed.
The Hotchkiss 39(H) is the improved version of the French H-35 series of light tanks with a more powerful engine. It carried the 37 mm SA 38 L/33 gun with a longer barrel and better penetration than the older short gun. The vehicles served with French units and some of the captured examples were used by other armies as well.
Finish the running gear and the lower hull first, then fit the turret. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement, treat the surface with a primer and paint with an airbrush. Following the enclosed schemes, choose a French field camouflage or captured markings; washes and pigments will add the patina.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
