Detail set for the T-70 (1:35, Royal Model)

This set from Royal Model serves to detail a model of the Soviet T-70 light tank in 1:35 scale. It combines resin castings with photo-etched parts. It is not a model of the tank but a detail accessory with which you replace or complement the elements from the box with a more faithful rendition. The set is intended for the MiniArt kit.

What the set is for

  • Replacing and completing the detail of the hull and turret
  • Thin photo-etched parts where plastic is too thick
  • More faithful small components in resin
  • Raising the overall level of detail on the vehicle

Use

Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts and cut off the casting blocks, and bend the photo-etched parts over a straight edge. Glue everything with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Treat both metal and resin parts with a primer before painting so that the paint holds.
