The D version is a two-seater (a tandem cockpit) derived from the single-seat F-16C. The package contains the plastic parts, the clear canopy, drop tanks and armament, decals and instructions. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is one of the most widespread modern multirole fighters. The F-16D version has a lengthened tandem cockpit for a crew of two and serves for training as well as for combat tasks. Thanks to the large glazed canopy it has excellent visibility. The aircraft flies with many air forces around the world and is known for its agility and for a wide range of armament.
This is a more detailed kit rather suited to more experienced modelers. Pay attention to the two-seat cockpit and the ejection seats - once the canopy is closed, not so much of it will be visible. Protect the glazed canopy with masks and spray over a primer. Assemble and paint the external stores (the tanks and the armament) separately. Modern gray camouflage comes into its own with panel shading and a fine wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
