An injection-molded plastic kit of the modern American two-seat carrier fighter Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet in 1:72 scale from Revell. The kit offers a finely engraved surface, a detailed cockpit and decal options. The model is supplied unglued and unpainted.
The F/A-18F Super Hornet is a larger and more powerful development of the carrier fighters of the Hornet family. The two-seat version has a weapon systems officer in the rear cockpit, who operates the onboard electronics, the armament and the navigation. The machine serves as a multirole carrier aircraft of the US Navy.
We recommend thin cement for plastic and assembling the cockpit before the fuselage is closed up. The gray naval camouflage comes out well with an airbrush over a base filler; fine washes and filters will bring out the panel lines and the weathered surfaces. Add the underwing ordnance according to the scheme you choose.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
