The real subject

The Fw 200 Condor was originally created as a long-range airliner, but in the Second World War it made its mark as a long-range bomber and maritime patrol aircraft. For the Allied convoys in the Atlantic it was a serious threat, and some versions even carried guided missiles.

Building and painting tips

Use thin cement for plastic; on a large aircraft take care that the wings are firmly glued and correctly balanced. Finish the interior before you close up the fuselage, and use a base coat, an airbrush and washes to bring out the panels.
