A collector figure for you to work on yourself, in 35 mm size. What you are buying is a casting of a character, not a finished painted model. The number of parts and any base are stated on the box.
The byname of the character refers to a hornet, which for a painter is above all a prompt about color: contrasting stripes are the obvious reading of that byname, but nothing forces you into them. With figures whose subject is named in this way it is a pleasant thing that the color scheme is the owner's own contribution. The particular pose and gear of the casting is not stated here.
Wash the casting in lukewarm water with dish soap, cut the casting blocks off leaving a margin and sand them back, and take the seams off with a scalpel. Glue with super glue and sand with respiratory protection. After the primer it pays to decide in advance how to do contrasting stripes: either with a thin brush with a good point in several thinned coats, or with masking tape cut into narrow strips, if the areas are flat enough. Always build sharp transitions on a coat that has dried well, or the tape will bite in. Apply the lighter of the two colors last, because it covers worse and is easier to correct. Even the finished figure out with a matte varnish and bring the shine back only where you want it.
