Responsibility details are not available.
This is a sheet of waterslide decals with small black numbers. It is not a kit and not a paint but a universal set of numbers usable across scales. The sheet holds numbers in several sizes, so you can pick the height that matches your build.
For modelers and diorama builders in every scale who need small black numbers. They are applied like ordinary decals: soaked in water, slid onto the surface and settled, ideally with the help of a decal softener.
The decals alone. The kit, a decal softener and clear coat are not included in the package.
