This item is not a kit and not a classic marking sheet. At Eduard the SPACE line means decals with relief, three-dimensional printing, applied to the interior of a model. The instrument panel, the side panels and other elements of the cockpit can thus be handled with a decal which, unlike a flat print, really does have raised instruments, controls and bezels. The manufacturer is Eduard, a Czech brand.
A photo-etched set offers a metal part that has to be separated, folded and glued on. A three-dimensional decal is lifted off moistened backing paper with tweezers and fixed with white glue, but the result has a depth that a flat print does not have. For a modeler who does not get on with photo-etched parts it is an easier route to the same goal. The two can be combined, because each set deals with different areas of the cockpit.
The base under the decal has to be smooth and clean, and the part is fixed to it with PVA white glue. The molded relief of the instrument panel usually has to be sanded away so that the decal beds down. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals attack the printed resin and ruin the part. Once dry, even the interior out with a matte clear and only then close the fuselage.
