Alclad II Mod Eagle Grey is a modeling enamel thinned with solvent, a shade of gray from the camouflage scheme of modern American fighters. It is not an acrylic paint or a lacquer.
Responsibility details are not available.
An opaque modeling paint from the Alclad II enamel range. It is an enamel, that is, a paint based on a synthetic binder thinned with solvent, not an acrylic thinned with water and not a nitrocellulose lacquer. The shade is one of the grays used in the camouflage scheme of modern American fighters, which became known under the name Mod Eagle and is based on a combination of two close gray tones. The paint is supplied in a bottle with a liquid content and is intended above all for spraying with an airbrush, though after suitable thinning you will manage it with a brush as well.
For modelers who build modern military aircraft and want a shade matching the two-tone gray scheme. Enamel chemistry also suits those who like a longer open time of the paint when applying it by hand and a smoother flow with no visible brush strokes. Anyone who works exclusively with acrylics should allow for needing a second set of thinners and cleaners.
It contains a flammable solvent. Work in a well ventilated space, away from open flame, use protection for your airways while spraying and keep the paint out of the reach of children.
