A detail accessory from the Quickboost brand (a line of the Aires company), not a kit. The set holds a cast resin part of the fuel dump pipe placed in the rear fuselage between the engines, with a faithful shape and fine detail that a plastic part usually cannot offer.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut off the casting block and bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand the small pieces with respiratory protection.
An accessory to an existing kit. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
