Kovová hlaveň je dokonale rovná, má vrtané ústí a přesný profil bez dělicího švu. Dlouhé plastové hlavně hlavních baterií se navíc časem prohýbají, mosaz drží tvar trvale.

Plastovou hlaveň odříznete u věže, vyvrtáte otvor odpovídajícího průměru a kovovou hlaveň vsadíte na kapku vteřinového lepidla. Stačí ruční vrtátko, pinzeta a pár minut na věž.

Drží, pokud kov nejprve odmastíte, třeba technickým lihem. U namáhaných dílů pomůže tenká vrstva podkladu na kovy, pak můžete stříkat akrylem i emailem jako na plast.
