It contains eight barrels for the 4.5 inch (114 mm) dual-purpose guns and eight barrels for the 40mm POM-POM anti-aircraft cannons. It is not a kit but a detail accessory that replaces the soft and inaccurate plastic barrels with fine metal parts with a faithful profile and clean muzzles.
HMS Scylla was a British anti-aircraft light cruiser of the Dido class from the Second World War. Instead of the standard caliber she received dual-purpose 4.5 inch guns and a numerous light anti-aircraft battery, among which the multi-barrel 40mm POM-POMs stood out. The ship proved herself escorting convoys and at the Normandy landings.
