The figure set German DAK Panzer Crew Set 1:35 from Alpine Miniatures — two collector's resin figures of German tank crewmen of the Afrikakorps (DAK).
Responsibility details are not available.
A collector's set of two resin figures in 1:35 scale from Alpine Miniatures, depicting members of a German tank crew of the Afrikakorps (DAK) of the Second World War period. The set suits a model tank as well as a desert diorama. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The subjects are two German tank crewmen in the tropical uniform of the North African theater of 1941 to 1943. The figures are treated factually, with natural, mutually complementary stances suited to building a scene beside an armored vehicle in the desert.
This is a multi-part resin casting for advanced modelers. First wash the parts in lukewarm water with dish soap to remove any mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks and lugs off carefully and clean the surfaces with a file or abrasive paper with your airways protected. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and fill any gaps. Apply a thin primer before painting; figures are usually painted with acrylics, oils or enamels, layering the shades step by step and working out the shadows and highlights on the face, the uniform and the equipment.
The resin figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
