A round brush from Italeri's synthetic line, recognizable by the brown-tinted tip of the bristles. It is not a kit — it is a painting tool, and it is sold individually (single pack), so you can add exactly the size missing from your set instead of buying a whole set unnecessarily.
The manufacturer writes fine sizes with the zero in front: its 0/10 corresponds to the common notation 10/0. So it is not a range or a set of sizes, but one specific, very fine number from the bottom end of the scale. The rule is that the higher the number next to the zero, the thinner the bundle — so this brush is finer than sizes like 3/0, and significantly finer than a plain zero. In practice, that means an extremely thin stroke, but also a very small paint reservoir in the brush.
Round brushes hold a sharp point, which is why they are used for detail work; flat brushes, by contrast, carry a straight edge meant for covering flat areas. With such a thin bundle, thin the paint well and be prepared to reload it often — pressing harder on the bristles will not give you more paint, only ruin the point.
