This is a collector resin figure of a female character treated in the period pin-up style, in 1:24 scale from MAiM. It is not a vehicle or aircraft kit but a standalone figure meant to finish off a scene, to bring a diorama to life or for a collector display case.
The subject comes out of classic pin-up illustration, the stylized female portrait that was popular above all in the middle of the twentieth century. The figure is conceived as an accessory for dioramas with period vehicles and as a standalone object for practicing figure painting.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Acrylic paints applied with a brush in layers suit the painting; on the skin, work with gradual shading and highlighting.
Supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
