The photo-etched set DH.9a NINAK with a decal in 1:32 scale from HGW brings brass parts and a decal for a faithful rendering of this British day bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT an airplane model but a brass photo-etched set with a decal in 1:32 scale. It holds fine metal parts for raising the detail of the British day bomber DH.9a, nicknamed the NINAK, and an enclosed decal. Photo-etch replaces coarse plastic components with accurate parts for the cockpit and the surfaces.
The DH.9a was a British two-seat day bomber that arose from a reworking of the older DH.9 type and the fitting of the powerful American Liberty engine. It entered service at the end of the First World War and it served in the Royal Air Force well into the 1920s. The nickname NINAK arose from the English pronunciation of the designation.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and make the bends over the scored lines with a bender. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue, and apply the decal onto a smooth gloss base. Degrease the parts before painting.
This is an accessory for raising the level of detail of a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
