Fabric seat belts for the F6F Hellcat in 1:32 scale

A set of fabric seat belts for the cockpit of the American carrier-based fighter Grumman F6F Hellcat in 1:32 scale. Fabric straps completed by fine photo-etched fittings give the belts a natural suppleness and a faithful look.

Why fabric seat belts

Fabric straps can be bent, threaded through and left to drape freely over the seat, so the cockpit reads as lived-in. The photo-etched buckles complete the whole with fine technical detail.

Fitting

The straps are cut to length, threaded through the photo-etched buckles and glued with cyanoacrylate glue. The material can be shaped and fixed in the position you want. The set is intended as a detail upgrade of the interior of the matching kit for the F6F Hellcat.
