HGW 1:32 Focke-Wulf Fw 190F-8 – masks is a set of self-adhesive masking films for precise masking of the canopy glazing and the markings of a model of the German fighter-bomber Fw 190F-8.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely shaped self-adhesive HGW masks in 1:32 scale intended for a model of the German aircraft Focke-Wulf Fw 190F-8. The masks make masking the canopy glazing and other areas faster and more accurate when spraying paints. It is an aftermarket accessory; the model itself is not included in the package.
The Fw 190F-8 was the fighter-bomber, that is the ground attack, version of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190 fighter of the Second World War. It was adapted for the support of ground forces, with armor and bomb racks. It was powered by an air-cooled radial engine.
The masks are cut from a thin adhesive film and copy the shape of the canopy frames exactly. They are stuck onto the glazing, the frames are sprayed over and once dry they are lifted off, so a sharp transition arises with no paint creeping under. Apply them to a clean, degreased surface and lay the paint on in several thin coats.
The accessory is supplied on its own. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
