A set of painting masks for the Fokker D.VII in 1:32 scale from Eduard. They serve for accurate masking during painting; the model itself is obtained separately.
Responsibility details are not available.
Eduard painting masks for the Fokker D.VII fighter biplane of the First World War in 1:32 scale. The masks are cut from kabuki (washi) tape, follow the surfaces to be masked exactly, hold well, leave no adhesive residue once removed and can be reused if handled carefully.
The Fokker D.VII was a German fighter biplane from the end of the First World War, considered one of the best fighters of its day. It excelled in its handling at high angles of attack and in its reliability, which won it a great reputation at the front. It was valued so highly that it was named expressly in the postwar disarmament terms.
Stick the masks onto a clean, degreased surface, do not stretch them, and press the edges down with a wooden stick or a toothpick, so that paint cannot run under an edge. Spraying with an airbrush in thin coats and taking the masks off while the paint has only just dried is ideal. Follow the enclosed instructions for where the masks go.
Masks are not a model. This is a set of masking tapes for the given type; the kit itself, the paints and the glue have to be obtained separately.
