A detail set of the Basic Line range from the Czech maker HGW for models of the Fokker Dr.I triplane in 1:32 scale. It combines fabric seat belts of fine microfiber cloth with photo-etched buckles and enclosed painting masks. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory that raises the fidelity of the cockpit and makes painting easier.
The fabric belts behave like real cloth, are waterproof and resist the usual modeling preparations. The belts are fully functional, so they can be left fastened or draped loosely over the seat. The photo-etched buckles give the straps a realistic metal look.
Take the fabric part out of the sheet, remove the backing layer and work the belts between your fingers so that they soften. Thread them through the photo-etched buckles, fix them with super glue and seat them in the seat. Use the masks during painting according to their purpose.
The accessory is supplied on its own; the model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
