Hungarian national insignia, stars and numbers 1950-1990 in 1:32 scale is a decal set from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models for models of Hungarian Air Force aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A decal set from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models in 1:32 scale. It is not a kit but an accessory: a sheet with the national insignia used by the Hungarian Air Force in the years 1950 to 1990 and with fuselage numbers from which you put together the markings of a particular machine.
National insignia are among the most visible elements of any model of a military aircraft, yet kits contain them only for the machines worked out in the box. A universal sheet of insignia and numerals solves the situation where you want to build a machine other than the kit manufacturer offers, or where the original decals are not good enough in print quality. The period 1950 to 1990 covers the era of Soviet-designed jet types in Hungarian service, so the set will find use on a whole range of aircraft models in the large 1:32 scale.
Apply the decals onto a glossy, well cured base; on a matte surface air is held under the decal and silvering arises. Cut the individual motifs out, soak them briefly in lukewarm water and move them onto the model with a soft brush. A decal softener makes bedding them onto rivets and seams easier. Once they are perfectly dry, overcoat the whole model with a layer of clear, which protects the decals and unifies the surface.
This is a decal accessory: the airplane model itself is not included in the package.
