This is a photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:32 scale. It holds the seat belts of the Junkers Ju 87B-2 Stuka dive bomber. It is not an airplane model but an accessory, which will replace the simplified plastic belts and bring the interior of the two-seat cabin to life.
The Junkers Ju 87 Stuka was a German dive bomber of the Second World War with fixed landing gear and a characteristic cranked wing. The B-2 version was among the early production forms. The crew was made up of a pilot and a rear gunner, so the cabin offers room for two sets of belts.
The photo-etched parts are separated from the fret, formed with tweezers and glued with super glue. The belts are painted, the buckles picked out and the harness arranged loosely over the seats. The accessory is fitted before the cabin is closed up.
This is a photo-etched accessory for refining a model, not a stand-alone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
