A detail accessory, not a kit of the airplane. The set contains fabric seat harnesses of the British RAF type of the late period of the Second World War. The fabric seat belts are of fine microtextile and are completed by photo-etched metal buckles and fittings. They replace the flat plastic or decal belts from the kit and raise the realism of a cockpit in 1:32 scale.
The set brings together seat belts of the British pattern of the kind used in the Royal Air Force in the later phase of the Second World War. That makes it universally usable in several types of British aircraft of that period.
Release the belts carefully from the sheet, thread them through the photo-etched metal buckles and shape them into the seat and the cockpit; the soft microtextile holds its shape and behaves like real cloth. The fabric will take water and thinners, so the belts can be toned, filtered and given a light patina. Clean the photo-etched buckles before assembly and, if you wish, color them with a metal shade. The result is faithful cockpit detail of a kind that plastic or decal belts out of the box cannot offer.
