A set of color photo-etched plants from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, meant for building dioramas and scenes. It is not a kit and not a model of a vehicle, but a scenic accessory that creates realistic temperate-zone vegetation on the base of a diorama, the kind typical of gardens and parks in Europe, North America and Asia. The plants are pre-printed in color, so there is no laborious painting.
Cut the individual parts carefully out of the photo-etched fret and shape them so that the leaves and stems look natural. They are glued with a small amount of super glue onto the base of the diorama, against a wall, a fence or a building. The color print can be given a light touch of highlighting, but it is not necessary. The size of the plants matches dioramas in 1:35 scale and suits nearby sizes too.
This is a scenic accessory, not a model. The diorama base, glue and other materials are not included in the package.
