It is not a model but a modeling accessory: parts for assembling the fine tail fins of aircraft bombs, which come out far better in photo-etch than in thick plastic parts. Suited to a model with an open bomb bay or to accompanying ordnance.
The Boeing B-29 Superfortress was an American four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War period with a pressurized cabin and remotely controlled defensive turrets. It was among the most advanced aircraft of its day and carried a large bomb load over long distances.
Separate the photo-etched brass parts carefully from the fret with a sharp knife, form the bends in a bending tool or with a ruler and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Clean the surfaces before gluing and roughen them lightly for better grip. Set the photo-etched fins onto the bomb bodies at the correct angle; once glued they look fine and right to scale.
