Decals 1:48 Curtiss H75A, part II — a decal sheet from the Czech manufacturer AML with markings for the export Curtiss H75A fighters for models in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The second part of the AML decal line devoted to the Curtiss H75A fighter in 1:48 scale. The sheet widens the choice of markings for this elegant radial-engined monoplane and lets you build an aircraft in a different form from the one offered by the first part or by the boxed schemes of kits.
The Curtiss H75A was the export version of the American fighter that the US Army Air Corps knew as the P-36. Its largest foreign user was France: the French aircraft took an intensive part in the fighting of 1939 and 1940 and claimed the first air victories of the French Air Force in the Second World War. The type went on to serve with a number of other air forces and its career continued after the fall of France as well. The round radial nose, the slim fuselage and a varied range of users make the H75A a rewarding modeling subject.
Apply the decals on a gloss base the classic wet way. Settle multi-part national insignia step by step and keep checking that the individual parts line up. A decal softener helps the subjects settle onto the riveting and the joints, and once dry seal everything with varnish to the degree of sheen you want.
This is a decal sheet; the aircraft model is not included in the package.
