A pre-painted, self-adhesive photo-etched set from the Zoom line by Eduard. The designation self-adhesive (S.A.) means that the parts have an adhesive layer and are stuck straight into place. It is not an airplane model but an accessory aimed at the interior of both cockpits of a plastic kit of the F-4B Phantom II fighter in 1:48 scale.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II is an American two-seat supersonic multirole fighter. The F-4B version served with the Navy and the Marine Corps of the United States; the Phantom became famous for its high performance, long range and all-round deployment in the 1960s and 1970s.
You stick the self-adhesive instrument panels and side panels straight into the front and rear cockpits, and secure the small metal items with super glue. The set markedly raises the detail of the two-seat cockpit with no painting needed.
This is an accessory and not a model. The plastic kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
