Aerobonus Free French Fighter Pilot WWII Normandie-Niemen 1:48 — a resin figure of a Free French fighter pilot of the years 1942 to 1945, in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure from the Czech manufacturer Aerobonus for more experienced modelers. It captures a Free French fighter pilot of the Normandie-Niemen unit in the period of the years 1942 to 1945. The figure is intended to bring models of fighter aircraft in 1:48 scale to life and also serves as a stand-alone collector's item.
The Normandie-Niemen unit was a French fighter squadron that fought on the Eastern Front during the Second World War alongside the Soviet Air Force and used Soviet fighter aircraft of the Yakovlev line. The figure captures a pilot in period flight gear of this time.
Wash the remains of the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your airways while sanding. Apply primer before painting; the face and the gear are best painted with gradual layering and glazes, and the small details are finished at the end with a fine brush.
This is a resin figure, not an aircraft model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints, glue and an aircraft are not included in the package.
