A set of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale for a model of the Junkers Ju 87B Stuka dive bomber. This version brings the markings of machines operated by the Regia Aeronautica, the Italian royal air force, where the type was known as the Picchiatello. It is a standalone decal set intended for finishing off a matching model.
The Ju 87B was a German single-engine dive bomber with fixed landing gear and a cranked wing. Italy operated the machines in the Mediterranean and in North Africa. The Italian Stukas carried different national insignia and camouflage adapted to desert and Mediterranean surroundings.
Prepare the surface with gloss varnish so that the decal does not silver. Soak the subject briefly, place it on the model once it releases from the backing and blot off the excess water. Using decal softeners will help the decal settle into engraved detail. Finally fix it with matte or semi-gloss varnish.
This is a decal set, not a model. The kit itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
