The Hauler 1:48 Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf. K conversion set is a resin rebuild into the command version of the medium tank with a different turret. It is an accessory for a kit for experienced modelers, not a kit in its own right.

A resin conversion set from the Czech maker Hauler in 1:48 scale. It makes it possible to build the less usual Ausf. K command version from an ordinary model of the German medium tank; it differs from the standard vehicle above all in the turret. The set is cut for a specific Tamiya kit; the base model is not included in the package.
The Ausf. K was a command conversion of the Pz.Kpfw. III which addressed the old problem of command vehicles: that a vehicle serving for signals should not be distinguishable at first glance and should at the same time keep its full armament. It was therefore given a turret derived from a heavier type with a longer 5 cm gun. The result was a machine whose silhouette differs from both of its sources - and that is exactly why it is a rewarding subject for a collection of variants.
Expect this to be a real conversion, not cosmetics: the original turret is not used and the seating of the new turret on the hull has to be fine-tuned as well. First wash the resin in warm water with detergent. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw, not with nippers, and wear a respirator while sanding - resin dust must not be breathed in. Fill small bubbles in the casting with a thicker super glue and sand them down. It is bonded exclusively with cyanoacrylate. Assemble the turret dry first and check how the ring sits in the opening in the hull; any difference is easier to put right now than after painting. Finish the interior and the running gear before you close the model up.
This is a conversion accessory for a kit, not a model in its own right. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
