1:48 Siebel Si 204

Siebel Si 204 1:48 - decal set (HAD models)

A set of waterslide decals for models of the twin-engine Siebel Si 204 aircraft in 1:48 scale. The set makes it possible to add national insignia and markings to a kit and to capture the period appearance of this machine better.

The real subject

The Siebel Si 204 was a German twin-engine multipurpose aircraft from the Second World War, used above all as a trainer for pilot training, for liaison and for light transport. It was also built in occupied countries, and after the war its production and service continued in Czechoslovakia and France, so it appeared in a number of finishes and markings.

Use

• Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss coat so that the edges do not silver.
• Dip the piece briefly in lukewarm water and, once the backing has released, slide it onto the model.
• Use a softener so that the decal follows the engraving and the riveting.
• Seal the finished markings with a clear coat.

Who the set is for

For modelers building the Siebel Si 204 in 1:48 who want accurate, clean decals with good color registration.

This is a standalone decal set. The model, paints and clear coat are not included in the package.
