Aerobonus 1:48 U.S.A.F. Training group - Vietnam War 1965-1973 is a resin set of figures of a US Air Force training group from the Vietnam War period.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains resin figures of a US Air Force training group from the Vietnam War period of 1965 to 1973 in 1:48 scale. It is neither an aircraft model nor a finished diorama but supplementary figures intended to bring an aircraft or an airfield scene to life. Resin allows fine definition of the uniforms and the equipment, and the set suits more experienced modelers.
The training of US Air Force crews involved instructors as well as students in flight suits and field uniforms. The figures capture typical period characters preparing for a flight or teaching on the ground.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); protect your airways while sanding. Build the base up with a quality primer. Paint the uniforms in muted shades, bring out the recesses with a wash and pick out the folds with oils.
The set contains figures, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and a base are not included in the package.
